If you agree to become
a nurse and work for 2 years in an area where they really
need you, you can get all tuition, books, plus the $1,100/month
expenses, paid for! You can go to school full time or
part time. And of course you also make top dollar as
a nurse.
It’s
part of the Nurse Reinvestment Act of 2002. The country
needs nurses and the government is paying to get them.

Treat
Anything You Want to Do Like Learning To Walk…..
……
when kids learn to walk for the first time they fall
on their butts 100 times before they get it right. Why
is it that we get so frustrated when we do something
new and we can’t do it right away? If you want
to do something new in your life you will fall down on
your butt 100 times before you get it right. It’s
OK. Everyone does it. They just don’t admit it.

50%
Discount On Air Services To See A Sick Relative……
………
.not free, but at least you don’t have to pay full
price. When a family member is very ill or has died,
families have to make last minute airline reservations.
Almost all airlines offer bereavement or compassion fares
for domestic travel. Generally the fares are available
to close family members, and the discount on the full-fare
rate varies from airline to airline. Contact the airline
of your choice to learn more about the “bereavement/compassion
fares.”

50%
of Weight Loss Advertising Makes False Claims…
……
according to a study done by the Federal Trade Commission.
Six out of 10 Americans are overweight. It’s the
second most preventable cause of death after smoking,
resulting in over 300,000 deaths per year. See http://www.ftc.gov/bcp/reports/weightloss.pdf.
I keep telling my kids that the 2 hardest things to figure
out in our society are relationships and weight
control.

Bargains Near Military Bases……
………
the US Army Corps of Engineers provides Homeowners Assistance
Program, (HAP) to help eligible federal personnel, who
were stationed at or near an installation scheduled for
closure or realignment and who, through no fault of their
own, are unable to sell their homes. The U.S. Army Corps
of Engineers acquires single-family homes and other properties,
with up to two living units.
The properties are then offered for sale to the public.
Local real estate agents may show the properties to prospective
buyers and submit offers on behalf of the buyer. In addition,
local real estate agents will have information such as
location of schools, churches, public transportation,
and shopping centers. Anyone can offer to buy these properties
regardless of race, color, religion, sex, or national
origin.
You can check the web site for a listing of properties
or call the US Army Corps of Engineers for your state
