Anyone who is out of work qualifies because their income is zero

They pay for first month rent for people trying to get housing

The have partnerships with 163 other agencies that also provide help for people who are having difficulties
•
So it pays to check into a Community Action Agency because if they cannot help they might know other organizations that can help
•
People are not educated about their available help because under law they cannot use grant money to advertise about the grant money
•
They help anyone looking for a job, job training, resume writing, budgeting, free computer training classes, free use of computers
